The new episode of Imprescindibles on La 2 recalls the figure of the writer, intellectual and politician Jorge Semprún on the day that marks the 100th anniversary of his birth. The documentary film “The Thousand Lives of Jorge Semprún”, co-produced by RTVE, deals with his life, which is also that of the 20th century: anti-fascist, Spanish prisoner of the Buchenwald Nazi camp and activist of the Spanish Communist Party, from which he was expelled.
