Tommy Lee Jones appeared confused when he asked co-star Jenna Ortega if they had “any scenes together” in the new film “Finestkind” at the film's LA premiere on Tuesday.
The 77-year-old iconic actor, who stars in the crime thriller alongside 21-year-old Ortega's Mabel Eldridge, forgot that the pair had been filming together, leading to an awkward interaction on the red carpet as they posed.
The “Men In Black” star said, “Did we have any scenes together?” Ortega replied, “Yes, we do,” and explained what the scene was.
Jones then asked, “Have you seen the movie?” Ortega shook his head before the two burst out laughing.
Fans quickly flocked to social media to joke about the moment, with one quipping: “Agent K had his memory wiped,” in honor of his iconic MIB character.
