A human penis has been found in a gas station parking lot in Alabama and may be linked to a fatal accident in which a motorcyclist was “hit by multiple vehicles.”
Customers who walked into the gas station on Interstate 10 in Mobile were shocked to find the fraudulent tag, according to local newspaper Lagniappe.
The mobile police agency told the outlet the bizarre discovery was not being investigated as a murder or assault but could be linked to the devastating events in which 29-year-old Christopher Means lost his life.
Means was pronounced dead at the scene after he lost control of his motorcycle and was hit by several vehicles, with only “one rider” remaining at the scene.
Police officers responded to a motorcycle crash near eastbound I-10 between I-65 and the Dauphin Island Parkway around 6 a.m. Monday, according to the MPD.
A human penis potentially linked to a fatal accident in which a motorcyclist was “hit by multiple vehicles” was found in the parking lot of an Alabama gas station.
Officers found one of the drivers involved, Means, dead at the scene of the accident.
“Preliminary investigation determined that the victim was riding his motorcycle southbound on the ramp of I-65 to eastbound I-10 when he lost control of the motorcycle,” the police said in a statement.
“The rider was thrown from his motorcycle and hit by several vehicles.”
The eastbound lanes of I-10 were closed for hours after four separate car crashes that morning, and MPD have said they are looking for the drivers who unknowingly ran over Mean’s body and drove on.
Horrified members of the public took to social media after the incident.
A user stated that he was a colleague of the deceased.
He wrote: “In perhaps one of the craziest things I’ve ever heard, a severed penis was found at a gas station in my town yesterday.

“The guy was literally blown to pieces during the crash on the freeway and his penis fell off the front of a truck as the truck pulled off the freeway. What the hell.’

Less than two weeks ago, a 42-year-old Louisiana man was killed after Daphne police said he was hit walking down Interstate 10.
It remains unclear why the motorcyclist lost control during the ongoing investigation.
