What was the relationship between the excouple?
Dani Winits and André Gonçalves met on a reality show Culinary show on Mais Você (Globo).
They married within a few months of dating. Formalization of the union at the registry office on November 24, 2016.
At the time, Dani said the wedding was a surprise. “I didn’t know I was getting married and I got married the next day,” he told Estrelas (Globo) at the time. The actress was dressed simply in jeans, a Tshirt and flipflops.
Winits stood by her exhusband and appealed for compassion on social media when André was sentenced to house arrest with an electronic ankle bracelet because he owed his daughter Valentina Benini R350,000 in pensions from his marriage to journalist Cynthia Benini.
The end of Dani and André’s relationship was announced on August 21st of this year. The excouple said they mutually decided to “go down different paths” while maintaining the respect they had for each other.
