A British passenger has been arrested after starting a massive brawl on a Wizz Air flight to Crete, beating other travelers and even the pilot, holidaymakers said.
The mass struggle began shortly after the plane landed on the Greek island and saw women and men injured in the scuffle on Tuesday night.
The passenger and his friend misbehaved throughout the flight and his anger boiled over when he was told the police would escort him to the airport, according to witnesses.

Tourists said the couple smoked and vaped throughout the trip, threatened fellow passengers and got drunk before even boarding the plane.
Stewardesses continued to serve them alcohol, although the couple claimed they had been drinking since 10 a.m. and other passengers said they had had enough.
The pilot then emerged from his cockpit to calm the situation but was then hit, witnesses said.
The police finally dragged the bloodied man out of the plane with his trousers around his ankles.

The flight left Gatwick at 6pm and saw two men in their 30s from south London involved in the commotion.
They were joined by a third man who had a liter of vodka on board.
A 37-year-old woman, who was traveling to Crete with her husband, told The Sun: “The man and his friend were so loud and abusive throughout the flight.
“But something clicked when the flight attendant told them that they would be taken off the plane by the police when we landed.
“It started and he only hit out when a group of guys tried to hold him back.

Some passengers escaped through the rear exit but then had to wait two hours at security while giving police statements, meaning many missed their transfer.
A planned return flight to the UK had to be canceled while the blood was being drawn.
Stranded Brits had to wait another 24 hours for the next flight home.
