Florida man arrested for molestation and sexual harassment of multiple children, his WIFE babysitting at couple’s Orlando home

An Orlando man has been arrested over sexual battery charges from four children his wife was babysitting, as police warn there could be more victims.
Timothy Bernard Cooper, 39, was arrested on January 3 for lewd and lewd behavior, sexual harassment, lewd molestation of a victim under the age of 12 and possession of child pornography.
Cooper’s wife, who has not been identified, would watch the children at his Orange County home and allegedly touch them while they slept, a police spokesman told .
Police said they questioned four victims in the run-up to Cooper’s arrest and the suspect “confessed fully” to investigators.
“Unfortunately, Cooper may have had additional victims in recent years due to children babysitting at his home,” police said.

Cooper was arrested in Polk County and is currently serving time at a local jail pending extradition to Orange County
At the time of his arrest, Cooper was working as a manager at Denny’s Restaurant in Polk County.
Police said the investigation began in March 2022 when a mother of a now 12-year-old Cooper inappropriately touched her daughter in 2019, according to WFTV.
The victim kept the secret until recently, when she confessed that Cooper approached her while she slept on his living room mattress.
When the victim woke up and Cooper said “no,” he immediately ran away, the news outlet reported.
The investigation continued through December, when investigators uncovered three more Coopers victims.
It is unclear whether other victims have come forward.

Cooper is currently serving time in the Polk County Jail pending extradition to Orange County, where he resides.
Police are asking parents or guardians of any children observed by Cooper’s wife to come forward if they believe their child was a victim.
