BECANCOUR. On November 25th and 26th, the Grand Baz’art Créatif organized by Maison Créative Bécancour will take place for the first time. This event combines an exhibition of works by local artists and artisans, workshops and the sale of surplus inventory and creative materials at affordable prices.
Maison Créative Bécancour wants to offer parents, teachers and anyone looking for creative materials the opportunity to obtain materials at a lower cost.
A series of free creative workshops will also be offered during the Grand Baz’art Créatif, thanks to funding from the “Being better…together” project from the CIUSSS de la Mauricie and the Center-du-Québec. The focus is on using recycled materials to promote sustainable creativity. These workshops are open to everyone and offer the opportunity to learn new techniques.
