Justice League actor Ezra Miller was accused of threatening a couple and stealing their belongings on Monday night, just hours after they broke the actor out of jail following an arrest at a karaoke bar in Hawaii.

The couple, who were not named, filed a restraining order against Miller in the Third Circuit District Court in Hilo on Tuesday, according to PEOPLE.

Miller, 29, was reportedly staying at the home of the couple who filed the petition and broke into their bedroom on Monday night. Miller then allegedly threatened the male victim by saying, “I’m going to bury you and your bitch.”

The actor was arrested Sunday at a Hilo karaoke bar, where Miller is said to have molested a number of patrons with belligerent behavior, and was charged with disorderly conduct and harassment.

The couple claimed Miller “stole personal items, including a Social Security card, wallet, passport, driver’s license, and bank cards.”

“The defendant is famous and wealthy,” the document said. “It makes access to guns much easier; and sending employees to harass the petitioner.’

Radar reported that Miller stayed with the couple, having previously met the actor at a local farmers’ market.

The local couple were also the ones who bailed Miller out of jail on $500 bail Monday after the arrest.

The karaoke bar incident took place on Silva Street in Hilo, where Miller allegedly hurled profanity at a 23-year-old woman singing, where Miller also tried to take the microphone away from the woman.

Later that night, Miller, using the she/they pronoun, lunged at a 32-year-old man who was playing darts in the bar.

The bar owner reportedly asked her to calm down several times, and authorities were called to the bar around 11:30 p.m., arrested Miller, and took her into custody.

This isn’t Miller’s first run into the law or controversy, as the actor was arrested in June 2011 for drug possession.

The actor was the passenger in a vehicle in Pittsburgh when they were pulled over and officers discovered 20 grams of marijuana.

A judge later dropped the drug possession charges, but they were charged with two counts of disorderly conduct and fined $600.

The actor found himself in hot water again in April 2020 when video surfaced of them appearing to choke a woman and hit her to the ground in Reykjavik, Iceland.

A bar employee identified the person in the video as Miller and they were removed from the bar.

He also made headlines last January when they posted a video on Instagram, which was later deleted, in which they threatened members of the Ku Klux Klan, who operate in Beulaville, North Carolina.
