According to ESPN network expert Adrian Wojnarowski, this agreement includes a salary renegotiation clause for the current season. Turner will bring in an additional $17.1 million as a result.

This amount of money is in addition to his current compensation of $18 million in 2022-2023. The Indianapolis training center will therefore earn an average of $30 million through the 2024-2025 season.

According to ESPN, this renegotiation is the largest in NBA history.

Turner, a 2015 Pacers first-round pick, is in his eighth season in Indiana.

This season, the 26-year-old averaged 17.5 points, 7.9 rebounds and 2.4 blocks per game.
