Kim Kardashian has completed major renovations that began earlier this year on her lavish $70 million Malibu estate on Billionaires’ Street.
The 42-year-old SKIMS founder, who purchased the villa last year in September 2022, previously gave fans a glimpse of the stunning space during an episode of The Kardashians that aired in July.
The star made some upgrades when it came to the expansive outdoor space, such as changing the wraparound patio floor from bright tiles to smooth concrete to give it a sleek and modern feel.
She also added monochrome outdoor furniture – such as comfy white carriages and chairs – so the star and her family and friends could relax and enjoy the stunning views of the Pacific Ocean.
The four-bedroom, six-bathroom Mediterranean-style home’s windows have also been updated to allow natural light to stream inside throughout the day.

The exterior of the property, which spans a total of three hectares of land, also received a new coat of paint, using a light color to match the modern color scheme.
Landscaping was also carried out on the surrounding hillside, while the pool area was also equipped with garden furniture.
According to the New York Post, Kim’s Malibu mansion was formerly owned by Cindy Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber, as well as retired hedge funder Adam Weiss, who most recently owned the mansion.
The TV personality has tennis courts, a swimming pool, a square spa and a cabana at his disposal. It also has a path that leads to a private beach just below the property.
Ahead of the reality star’s renovations, Harrison Design executive director Jesse Harrison updated the New York Post on some other upgrades that had previously been made.
“Our team and clients have worked to transform the entire property into a tranquil, Zen-like oasis that embraces the natural palette and materials of Southern California,” he had explained in an article published at the time of Kim’s purchase.
“In addition to a comprehensive renovation of the pool, spa and cabana area, the Harrison Design team also created a motor court, private parking, an interior entry courtyard and a relaxing outdoor area adjacent to the fitness center.”
During her appearance on The Kardashians episode that premiered earlier this July, Kim took Khloe on a special tour of her newly purchased Malibu oasis.

She also admitted that owning a home in Malibu was a lifelong dream for her and that she literally shed tears on the beach when the deal was finalized.
While the home still needs renovation and remodeling, Kim was quite happy with her major purchase. The outing came after she learned that her ex Kanye West had made some controversial anti-Semitic comments that moved her to tears.
“I just want to have a nice day with Khloe and not think about anything negative.” “I just want to unwind,” Kim says in the confessional.
“So I bought a house in Malibu and that has always been a dream of mine. “It’s just one of those pinching moments where I can’t believe I’ve achieved a goal that I really didn’t think was realistic,” Kim admits.
The siblings tour the new home while Khloe confesses, “Kim’s house in Malibu is so beautiful.” It’s a little oasis in the truest sense of the word. “It’s a huge piece of land and it’s right on the beach.”
