The port city of Mykolaiv, in southern Ukraine, near Odessa, was ruthlessly bombed Friday night through Saturday, with gunfire hitting a cancer care center and an eye hospital. There were no patients or caregivers at the cancer center, but there were patients in the eye hospital.
