A Sunday that was supposed to be filled with joy and fun ended in tragedy when this morning (25) a roller coaster derailed and one person died and several were injured in a park at Grona Lund amusement park in Stockholm, Sweden.
According to the local press, police witnesses reported that one of the cars on top of the attraction broke loose and collapsed while the toy was moving.
One person died at the time and others had to be rescued, their health status was not disclosed. The police are in the park right now investigating the crash site. Grona Lund Park, on the other hand, has not yet commented on the accident.
