A little less than three months before Dune: Part Two's release, scheduled for March 1, a third trailer for Denis Villeneuve's film was unveiled on Tuesday afternoon.

During 2 minutes and 40 we see numerous images of breathtaking action and the entire cast, led by Timothée Chalamet and Zendaya, playing Paul Atreides and Chani respectively. Their relationship is the focus of the trailer, as it explains to the hero with prophetic visions that all are equal among the Fremen people and that they will fight to defend Arrakis from the invaders of House Harkonnen.
In addition to the two young actors and the returning Rebecca Ferguson, Javier Bardem, Josh Brolin, Dave Bautista, Charlotte Rampling, Stellan Skarsgård and Stephen McKinley Henderson, we add the excellent Austin Butler – terrifying as Feyd-Rautha – Florence Pugh, Christopher Walken and Léa Seydoux.
Denis Villeneuve and Jon Spaights once again co-wrote the screenplay, which is based on the legendary novel by Frank Herbert. The Quebec filmmaker mentioned in a recent interview that the writing of a third film, inspired by the live film The Messiah of Dune, is underway and that he dreams of directing it. He indicated that “for the sake of his sanity” he would probably film another project before completing the trilogy.
