A new forward for the Bruins

The Boston Bruins have signed forward Jesper Boqvist on a one-year, $775,000 contract.

This was announced by the founding of Massachusetts on Wednesday in a press release.

The 24-year-old played for the New Jersey Devils last season, the team that drafted him in the second round (36th overall) of the 2017 amateur auction. In 70 games in 2022–2023, the Swede hit the target 10 times and provided 11 assists for 21 points.

Boqvist has played 189 games in the National Hockey League and accumulated 55 points.
