Exactly at 6.42 a.m. this Sunday morning, the fire brigade was called to a serious traffic accident on the National 5 in the Dampierre section in Le Gosier.
Three vehicles are involved.
Once on the scene, the emergency services counted 7 victims, 3 of them in absolute distress and 4 in relative distress.

The victims could be transported to the University Hospital of Guadeloupe in Abymes.
The accident mobilized 28 firefighters, including 3 officers, as well as the support of the SMUR medical team, the National Police and Guadeloupe Road Services.
Traffic is impacted in both directions. A detour was installed by Houezel in Gosier.

After a little over 1:30 a.m. intervention, all resources were able to leave the premises at around 8:18 a.m. The national police and Routes de Guadeloupe remained on site.
