Whether you're a fan of fishing, hunting, or the outdoors, or want to know what's happening in all of these areas in terms of new products, you'll definitely need to attend the National Hunting and Fishing Outfitter Show, taking place at the end of the week Levis Convention Center.
“I believe that for this year's edition we have brought together a very interesting range of different players from the sector who will be able to meet the expectations of visitors,” explains the organizer of the fair, Gaétan Mondou. Those who visit us have the opportunity to purchase a fishing or hunting package, choose equipment, buy a boat, discover fantastic artisans or even buy local products. »
Walking around the show we could see that the organizer was rightly proud. In the entrance corridor leading to the main room you will find specialists such as Bruno Morency with his huge kiosk selling fishing products. This professional guide has developed a range of lures for various species including brown trout and walleye. The specialists at Meunerie Soucy will explain how to use the different scented baits or feeds to increase your chances of success.
At the Air Médic kiosk, specialists can explain to you how this organization works, whose aim is to provide medical assistance to people who need it almost anywhere in Quebec. They will tell you about a special communication device called the Bivy, a two-way satellite communicator. The security card offered to members contains a wealth of very useful information.
CHALETS AND ARTISTS
If you want to build a chalet soon, you can get advice from the representatives of the Chalets BoKit company. They are specialists in building fully insulated and approved timber buildings.
During your visit, take a few minutes to stop at the kiosk of Daniel Bonneau, an outstanding animal artist who will present you his many works. Many of his pieces can be considered true works of art. Its reputation extends beyond Quebec's borders.
