Indianapolis Colts rookie quarterback Anthony Richardson went down Sunday afternoon against the Houston Texans.
Richardson suffered a concussion in the first quarter after being hit hard in the head by Texas safety MJ Stewart Jr.

The 21-year-old pivot was having quite a game before getting injured. He scored two touchdowns on the ground in the first six minutes of the game. Additionally, he completed six of his ten passes for a gain of 56 yards.
The 21-year-old finished the first quarter before being replaced by Gardner Minshew.
