Minnesota Twins manager Rocco Baldelli appears to be in trouble with the umpires after being sent off at Friday night’s game against the Detroit Tigers.

The Manitou disagreed with the umpire’s strike zone behind home plate. The officer then interrupted the meeting and told him that he would not condone such behavior. Shortly after this heated discussion with the referee, Baldelli once again sharply criticized the referee, who had had enough and showed him the way out.
The Minnesota team’s coach was once again up to speed in Wednesday’s game against the Boston Red Sox. After Twins batter Joey Gallo was sent to the shower by the official over a dispute in the fourth inning, his manager stormed the field to defend his player. Baldelli was also sent back to the dressing room.
The 41-year-old has now been ruled out of a game for the 15th time in his career. He ranks 14th in the league among active managers at eliminations, one game ahead of Tampa Bay Rays coach Kevin Cash.
