A woman tired of being “spooky” has plucked up the courage to ask her former flames where it all went wrong.
New York’s Stephanie D’Agostino designed a nifty survey to gather feedback from the men who have disappeared from their lives without a word.
The 27-year-old comedian first shared her creation with her 34,000 followers on TikTok, where she was quickly flooded with praise.
But not everyone thought they would have the confidence to hit send.

In the clip, which has been viewed more than 438,000 times to date, Stephanie shares screenshots of the survey as she explains the motivation behind it.
She begins: “So I recently got ghosted by a guy I didn’t even like, which was obviously devastating, and I emailed him this ghostly exit survey to fill out.
‘And you can use this as you wish.’
Stephanie then goes through the content of the questionnaire.
In the poll, she asks the men to give her various feedback, including how they think about their looks, how they feel about their personality – and she even includes a section asking the man to “put their names, email Addresses and telephone numbers of at least two of your ex-partners and their biological mother.

Stephanie ended her video by sharing a screenshot of an email she sent with the survey, before saying, “And we’re going to the races.”
Are YOU ready to send out your own ghosting survey? Here are all the questions you need…
1. Please give a 1-2 sentence example of why you did it. (Example: You were intimidated by my beauty, you hate yourself, you’re broken, I’m too good for you.)

4. Please provide the names, email addresses and phone numbers of at least two of your ex-partners and your birth mother.

“It’s just so I can start a group chat,” she jokes.
Stephanie’s final section of the questionnaire provides a list of compensation options for her to choose the man from, including material and financial choices, like sharing the Netflix password, buying a condo with a pool for her mother, and “make me your muse” gestures “.
The comedian ended her video by sharing a screenshot of an email she sent with the poll, before saying, “And we’re going to the races.”
She uploaded the clip alongside a caption that read:[Let me know] if you want the pdf #ghosting #situationships #datingapps,” and social media users were quick to flood the comments section with praise for the idea.

One who wanted to be kept up to date on the situation wrote: “Oh my god this is possibly the most incredible thing I’ve ever seen. Did you get an answer?”
But Stephanie sadly replied, “Coincidentally not yet…can’t imagine why.”
