A 39-year-old Peruvian woman cut off the genitals of her partner who was suspected of infidelity with a kitchen knife.
The man, who returned home after a drunken evening, immediately fell asleep before his partner mutilated him in his sleep, Belgian media 7Sur7 reported.
The victim was taken to a hospital, but the injuries were not life-threatening, 7Sur7 reported, citing local media.
