A woman who lost 15 pounds in three months has shared her three tips for losing weight while still eating her favorite foods.

Natalie Arnell of Oregon went from 171 pounds to 156 pounds after completing the viral 75 Hard Challenge, a rigorous 75-day lifestyle program created by entrepreneur and podcast host Andy Frisella.

For nearly 11 weeks, she ate a calorie deficit every day, drank a liter of water, read 10 pages of a book and completed two 45-minute workouts, one outdoors.

Arnell documented the meals and workouts that helped her lose 15 pounds on TikTok, where she goes by the handle @getfittwithnatt.

NATALIE ARNELL’S WEIGHT LOSS TIPS

  • Make healthier versions of your favorite foods at home, including pizza
  • Reduce alcohol consumption and focus on drinking water
  • Give yourself at least 30 minutes of exercise every day
  • In a recent video, she shared her top three weight loss tips for those looking to make healthier choices without committing to the 75 Hard Challenge.

Arnell’s first recommendation was to make “healthier versions of your favorite foods at home” instead of eating out or ordering takeout.

“This way you control the quality of the ingredients,” she explained.

Arnell ate in a calorie deficit, consuming 2,100 calories daily while following the strict program.

In previous videos, she shared that her meals consisted mostly of seafood or steak, vegetables, and a carbohydrate like rice.

But she also made healthier homemade versions of anything she craved, including pizza and French toast.

She said she ate dessert every day and still lost weight.

Arnell’s second piece of advice was to “limit alcohol consumption.”

Alcohol is banned in the 75 Hard Challenge, so instead of alcohol, she focused on her daily water intake.

She noted that alcohol tends to be high in calories and “most people don’t stop at one drink.”

Arnell’s final tip was to “exercise at least 30 minutes every day.”

While following the program, she completed not one but two workouts a day, but one of them was always a walk outside.

“Don’t underestimate the power of walking every day,” she said.

Arnell insisted that completing the 75 Hard Challenge changed her life for the better and helped her realize she could have the body she wanted without suffering.

“It took me three whole years to figure out that preparing my favorite meals at home, walking every day, and exercising gently… [and] “Drinking lots of water gives me the body of my dreams,” she explained in another clip.

“You can eat the damn pizza and still lose weight,” she added. “Enjoy life and don’t limit yourself too much!”
