Aaron Carter’s mother is convinced her son didn’t die of an overdose in the bathroom of her home, he was killed. That’s why she’s decided to make the images of the spot where the 34-year-old singer was found lifeless on November 5 last year public, so everyone can see what she believes was “a possible crime scene.” One of the photos published by Mrs. Jane shows the bathtub where Carter’s body was found, with the water having an eerie greenish tint (because the body remained there for several hours before being discovered by the housekeeper). Other shots include towels that are “perfectly placed on the floor” and what appears to be dirty water on the bathroom tiles.
“I’m still trying to do a real investigation into the death of my son Aaron Carter – writes the woman in the post shared by the TMZ site – and I want to show you the photos of the place where he died because the The coroner said it was an “accidental overdose”. Due to my son’s mental illness and addiction issues, it was never considered a possible crime scene and there are people to be held responsible for what happened. The photos were not taken by the police, but they allowed everyone to enter the house. Aaron had received a lot of death threats and a lot of people made life terrible for him.”
Ms Carter assures that she has the full support of her son’s family and friends in releasing the photos as everyone’s goal is to reopen the case. On Jan. 17, TMZ also revealed that the Los Angeles County coroner informed the singer’s family that he had found no water in his lungs, ruling out drowning as a possible cause of death and instead leading investigators to believe that he had died of an overdose.
