New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers appeared on The Pat McAfee Show to address the biggest rumors surrounding his recovery: No, he doesn’t drink his own urine.
Speaking to McAfee and his former Green Bay Packers teammate AJ Hawk on the show, which airs on ESPN, Rodgers – an alternative medicine practitioner – said he did not have one of his own while recovering from a season-ending Achilles tendon injury Ingesting bodily fluids injury.
Hawk seemed somewhat surprised by the revelation, believing the quarterback had participated in such drills while in Green Bay.
“I sat next to Aaron in our team meetings for nine years and had the impression that he drank his own beer every day,” Hawk shared.

The Jets quarterback then explained his position on another bizarre rehab technique he has featured on the show in the past.
Rodgers previously claimed to have heard of the healing properties discovered by listening to the sounds of dolphins mating. But on Friday’s show, Rodgers said it was “a joke” before suggesting it “might be real, though.”
