Fox broadcaster Nick Wright has once again heavily criticized Aaron Rodgers, calling him “the voice of some of the craziest and most insane people in the sports world” following his bizarre Jimmy Kimmel claims.
Rodgers controversially said the comedian and television host would be on Jeffrey Epstein's list of associates earlier this week.
The New York Jets quarterback made the claims in his weekly appearance on ESPN's Pat McAfee Show on Tuesday, prompting the comedian to threaten legal action.
McAfee himself addressed the outrage on Wednesday, claiming that Rodgers was “just talking to Kimmel,” with whom he has long had tensions.
But Wright, speaking on his show Thursday, criticized Rodgers and the “toxic bullshit” that “just flowed out of his mouth.”
Nick Wright has attacked Aaron Rodgers and the New York Jets quarterback's “toxic bulls***.”
Rodgers said on the Pat McAfee Show this week that Kimmel would be on the Epstein list
He said: “The story is that Aaron Rodgers, who is undeniably one of the most famous athletes in America today, arguably the strongest individual player in the strongest individual league we have, has crossed the Rubicon from crazy conspiracy theory guy to crazed conspiracy theorist.” malevolent force in the culture and no one seemed to bat an eyelid.
“If Steph Curry on 'The Dan Patrick Show' just casually said and implied that Julia Roberts murdered someone and seemed serious about it, I don't think the story would be, 'Will this affect Dan's relationship with Julia's movie.' ?” Studio?”
“I think the story would be, 'What the hell happened to Steph Curry?'
“Rodgers has become the voice in the sports world for some of the craziest and craziest people in our population.”
Fiery, Kimmel went to X to vent his anger.
“Dear Asshole: For the record, I have not met Epstein, flown with him, visited him, or had any contact with him, and you will not find my name on any 'list' other than the obviously false nonsense “That's what that means.” “Soft-brained lunatics like you can't seem to differentiate from reality,” the comedian complained.
“Your reckless words have put my family in danger. “Keep it up and we will continue to discuss the facts in court.”
Kimmel reacted angrily and threatened legal action against the NFL legend
Rodgers suffered a season-ending Achilles tendon injury on the fourth snap of his first Jets game
It is the second time in just a few weeks that Wright has been extremely critical of Rodgers.
The former Packers star went on a bizarre anti-vaccination tirade – again on the McAfee Show – that sparked suspicions from Rodgers himself that ESPN would take him off the air.
Wright then described Rodgers as “the most dishonest athlete of my life.”
Rodgers also recently refers to “alphabet gangsters” in the medical field — presumably organizations like the CDC and FDA — although he doesn’t acknowledge that the term is typically used in LGBQT+ discussions.
Wright added: “He's so deep in the toxic internet brain vortex that it's been lumped in with the mass delusional psychosis he's talking about and the Super Bowl logo memes and the 'me bro debate.' “ [Dr. Anthony] Fauci and the Epstein list, it's all just a stew of a brain that's melted.
“Now he is throwing out terms that not only have nothing to do with the pharmaceutical industry, but that he would also disavow if he knew what they meant.”
“I think Aaron is a lot of things, I think one of them is not judging what people do privately and sexually.”
“Yet it just poured out of his mouth like so many other toxic bulls*** who have a platform for almost an hour a week to spew at people who I don't think are otherwise looking for it.”
