According to a poll by , Trump is a favorite among Republican women

The ex-president donald trump has positioned itself as the Favorite among Republican women beat the Florida governor for the 2024 election, Ron DeSantisand the governor of South Carolina, Nikki Haley.

A new poll released by Fox News this Saturday showed that 40% of Republican voters would support Trump in next year’s presidential election in the United States, nearly double what he received DeSantis, who received 23% of the votewhile Haley followed with 9% and former Vice President Mike Pence only managed 8%.

When Republican women were asked who their second choice would be, DeSantis led slightly with 25% support, while Trump and Pence tied at 13% and Haley at 9%.

Haley and Trump are the only candidates who have officially entered the race for the White House.

Although DeSantis has not yet officially announced his candidacy, it is expected that he will and will be Trump’s GOP opponent in the 2024 election.

When the poll asked who of the only two declared candidates who would support Republicans, Trump received a staggering 63% versus Haley’s 27%.

Only 1% of respondents said they would not vote, while 7% said they would support someone else and 3% didn’t know.

Republican women were largely unanimous when asked what they thought of President Joe Biden, with 91% giving him a thumbs-down for his performance and just 8% agreeing.

The polls also showed that 46% saw the economy as the country’s main problem, and only 23% said immigration was the main problem.

A YouGov poll conducted last November found that 42% of respondents would prefer to have DeSantis as a GOP candidate by 2024. Only 35% said they prefer Trump.

DeSantis has not commented strongly about a possible candidacy in the 2024 election, something that Trump took the opportunity to attack him after being seen as a strong candidate if he were to run in the general election.

The former president said DeSantis was playing “games” by not announcing his presidential ambitions for 2024.

With the derogatory nickname “Ron DeSanctimonious,” the ex-president made it clear how much he helped him get to his current position after he was re-elected governor of Florida.

However, DeSantis has not responded to Trump’s attack, drawing praise from conservative circles that once supported the former White House resident, including the Wall Street Journal, the New York Post and Fox News.
