According to an Internet post: Judge bans Trump slander

After another verbal derailment by former US President Donald Trump at his fraud trial in New York, the court drew conclusions. Judge Arthur Engoron issued an order on Tuesday for all trial participants to refrain from personal attacks on court officials, US media reported. Trump had previously accused an Engoron employee of bias in a post on the Truth Social platform he co-founded.

The post was later deleted. “Personal attacks on my judicial officers are unacceptable, inappropriate, and I will not tolerate them under any circumstances,” Engoron said, according to The New York Times. If the rules were violated, the judge threatened serious consequences.

Trump repeatedly made harsh verbal attacks against judge and Attorney General Letitia James during the trial that could destroy his New York business empire.
