According to The World’s 50 Best , these are the 100 best restaurants in the world for 2023

The riddle is solved. This Tuesday, June 20, from the Spanish city of Valencia, the list 2023 of 50 best restaurants in the world. And a Peruvian restaurant, Central, was voted best in the world.

Renowned Peruvian chefs such as Virgilio Martínez and Pía León (from Central), as well as Mitsuharu Tsumura (from Maido) and Jaime Pesaque (from Mayta) came to Europe for the 50 Best 2023 Gala, where they shone with their gastronomic proposals.
