Accused of filling a car with stolen meat and coke

Accused of filling a car with stolen meat and coke –

Instead of celebrating Christmas with a huge protein feast filled with Coke and Sprite, two Ontario residents were treated to major legal trouble courtesy of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP).

Police said Sunday that they were called to Highway 404 in Markham, Ont., the previous evening after receiving reports of a theft at a business.

Photos shared by the OPP show the extent of the loot amassed by the suspects. They completely filled the trunk of their car with food, mostly meat but also other products, including cans and a box of mangoes.

The back seat of the car was covered in boxes full of soda cans.

This theft results in a 48-year-old man and a 37-year-old being charged with theft. A minor was also involved in this crime, the police said.
