A former Montreal high school worker accused of sexually exploiting a teenager has promised the court that he will meet several conditions in order to end the criminal case. According to the Crown, Wilfredo Fernando Cedillos Magana made “inappropriate” gestures towards a student.

The 33-year-old Montrealer faced charges of sexual exploitation and sexual assault in the fall of 2021, which were filed via summary conviction.
