Adam Levine sells stunning Pacific Palisades property for $51M

Adam Levine has made a huge profit on his massive Pacific Palisades estate after recently selling it for a staggering $51 million.

Sales for the 43-year-old Maroon 5 frontman and his model wife Behati Prinsloo, 33, became the third-highest-priced in Southern California this year, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The massive estate had an illustrious list of owners prior to the sale, as Levine and Prinsloo previously bought it from Ben Affleck and his ex-wife Jennifer Garner in 2018 for $31.95 million, meaning they are running it at a profit sold for almost $20 million.

The mansion was also the home of Oscar winner Gregory Peck, as well as A Beautiful Mind producer Brian Grazer, best known for his numerous collaborations with Ron Howard.

Levine and Prinsloo originally listed their home for $57 million, but they’re still set to make a substantial profit.

Westside Estate Agency’s Kurt Rappaport was responsible for the listing, and Ariana Grande’s husband Dalton Gomez represented the buyer of the Compass properties, although their identities were not disclosed.

The singer and model originally bought the home from Affleck and Garner the same year they finalized their divorce, after announcing their split in 2015.

The house was designed by renowned Californian architect Cliff May and dates from the 1930s.

The complex has a stunning 10 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms and has been renovated by its recent owners.

“Adam usually takes the driver’s seat in design decisions,” Prinsloo told Architectural Digest in 2021 while giving a tour of their home. “He stays up all night looking at furniture and houses. He should become an interior designer himself.”

The property offers ample space on its three acres and its strong tree cover keeps the area private.

The main house on the property is a 9,000 square foot ranch-style mansion, but there is also a guest house with four additional bedrooms on the property.

A separate building takes care of some of the couples’ other needs with a gym and yoga studio, as well as an office for their business affairs.

Though the home still retains much of the original 1930s style, there are also more opulent, modern touches, including a Dolby screening room and game room.

The couple, who share daughters Dusty, five, and Gio, four, can always be fully stocked for dinner thanks to their large walk-in fridge — and fresh eggs from the henhouse on the property — and a marble bar is great for entertaining guests .

Outside, the elegantly designed property includes a swimming pool as well as a basketball court.

The site’s elevation will provide the new owners with ideal viewing opportunities as far east as downtown Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean to the west.

News of the impressive sale comes just a day after Levine brought down the house with a Maroon 5 gig in Tel Aviv, Israel.

The hitmakers last released their seventh studio album Jordi in June 2021. The album’s title is the nickname of the band’s late manager Jordan Feldstein – brother of Jonah Hill and Beanie Feldstein – who died in 2017.
