The creators of the GoFundMe page for Kagney's mother said: “We are raising funds on behalf of Tina, Kagney's mother, to cover the cost of Kagney's memorial and any associated financial expectations.”

Who was Kagney Linn Karter?

According to her friends, the 36-year-old was “a performer, a singer, a dancer, a daughter and a friend.” She came to our Cleveland studio for the first time in November 2019, fresh from LA, growing up and ready to jump back into pole position in a brand new community where she knew no one and no one knew her.
