AEW Revolution 2024 results, live streaming coverage: Sting's final match

All Elite Wrestling returns to pay-per-view TONIGHT (Sun. March 3, 2024) with their annual Revolution PPV. The fifth edition of this AEW event will take place at 8:00 p.m. ET at the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina.

A Zero Hour pre-show will be streamed live and free on All Elite's YouTube channel, Bleacher Report, and here at Cageside Seats starting at 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

In the US, the main card can be purchased on Bleacher Report (and traditional PPV). Internationally, it is available on Triller TV.

We're scanning the scene in the city tonight. We're looking for you to start a fight. There is a nasty feeling in our brain, but it's nothing new, you know, it drives us crazy. Running, on our way, hiding, you'll pay for it, but me? I'm just here to live blog this pro wrestling show for you guys.

Bang Bang Scissor Gang (Anthony Bowens, Austin Gunn, Colten Gunn, Daddy Ass, “Switchblade” Jay White and “Platinum” Max Caster) vs. Jay Lethal, Jeff Jarrett, Private Party (Isiah Kassidy & Marq Quen), Satnam Singh, & Willie Mack

Kassidy and Austin start off, feeling out, eventually we get Quen in, he eats Scissor Me Timbers, heels cut off Colten one by one and we get a big swagger. A little heat, a hot tag from Bowens, only for him to get a nearfall from a deadly combination! He beats Jarrett down with punches, cuts him off with a back elbow and crushes him into the ropes!

Launch the attack, jump to the blockbuster and Anthony Bowens is ready to go! Daddy Ass with the hot tag, Mack with a stunner, Ace Crusher by Lethal, Isiah off the top with a senton atomico, Quen hits the 450…BILLY GUNN kicks out! Tag made, Switchblade ready with Blade Runner, he ducks Kassidy, the match falls into “everyone's doing something cool” territory…

Bang Bang Scissor Gang wins by pinfall with Blade Runner from “Switchblade” Jay White vs. Willie Mack.

After the game, Jay White gets on the microphone and tells everyone to listen and then throw their weapons in the air. He talks about how great the fans are in Greensboro and praises tonight's card as well as the Bang Bang Scissor Gang and AEW before teasing that he may have some big business of his own on March 13th.

We get a vignette for PAC's return, “very soon, whether we like it or not.”

Julia Hart & Skye Blue vs. Kris Statlander & Willow Nightingale

Stat and Willow are in control early on, Nightingale finds himself on the wrong side of Blue and a heated episode ensues. Tag made, strong women do strong things, stacking her in the corner for a cannonball but Julia sits in the turnbuckles to avoid it! Willow with a Death Valley Rider… HARD GETS OUT!

Short-arm lariats, spinebust, reverse doctor bomb, sunset flip, blind tag somewhere in there and Skye kicks her head off but can't keep Willow down! Nightingale missile dropkick, tag to Kris, Julia with the moonsault… WILLOW breaks it up! With the kneeling armbar, Blue cuts out Nightingale and drops her to the floor with a missile dropkick!

Tags made, Skye ducks a kick, off the ropes… FALL! Nightingale wakes her…

Kris Statlander and Willow Nightingale win by pinfall with Nightingale's Doctor Bomb on Skye Blue.

Christian Cage (c) vs. “Red Death” Daniel Garcia (AEW TNT Championship)

Circled with collar and elbows, Cage pushes him into the ropes and breaks out. Garcia with a shoulder armbreaker, side headlock, shot off, shoulder block and Christian is on the retreat! He regroups on the floor with the Patriarchy and heads back inside and into another collar and elbow.

He supports Red Death in the corner and pushes right back across the ring, back to the middle, Cage with a side headlock! Christian pushes Garcia to the ground, takes a moment to bend, grabs his face and lands on the floor. Cage jumps off the top and wipes Daniel down! Once he's back in, Garcia reverses it, works the leg, applies the ankle lock, Christian escapes and knocks him to the floor!

Back body drop puts Nick Wayne on the timekeeper's table, referee Aubrey Edwards counts up to nine as Garcia takes him down! Daniel takes rights to give rights, hits Cage's head with punches, the whip is reversed, ducks into a lariat, the big lariat gets Christian out! He pulls the turtleneck up over Christian's head and throws punches, but Cage turns things around and regains the advantage.

Diving splash turns into an ankle lock, Garcia is still in this fight! Christian distracts Edwards, Killswitch with a chokeslam, again from the top, frog splash…DANIEL GARCIA WILL NOT STAY DOWN! “Daddy Magic” Matt Menard evens the odds and takes on Killswitch!

He blocks a punch from Mother Wayne, Killswitch comes back to fight him, and they brawl in the background! Back inside, Cage's leg gives out on a spear, Garcia with a piledriver… SO CLOSE! Jackknife pin, it's a three count, but Cage has the ropes! Mother Wayne intervenes, Nick runs in…

Christian Cage wins by pinfall with Killswitch to retain the AEW TNT Championship.

“American Dragon” Bryan Danielson vs. Eddie Kingston (c) (AEW/NJPW/ROH Continental Crown)

Both men feel outward, knuckle and kick until they release the grip. Chops go to work, Kingston with a background driver and he follows with a suicide dive! Back in, Danielson hammers kicks to the left arm, missile dropkicks to the arm! Eddie counters a dive with an exploder suplex, but his arm screams in pain!

Kingston pulls himself together and applies the Stretch Plum in the middle of the ring! Dragon rips his arm off, bends it around and hammers away with his elbows over his head! Corner dropkicks delivered, Eddie ducks, breaks out of the dragon suplex, steps back, this time Bryan hits the dragon suplex…NO!

Chops in the corner, puts Eddie up, back down, looking for the LeBell Lock, omoplata applied, wristlock armbar, Kingston fights back, tries to bend his hand down and bend the post up, and it He succeeds and rolls into the ropes! Kingston back in, enzuigiri, Backfist to the Future, Northern Lights Bomb… NOT ENOUGH! Danielson with the Busaiku knee, folding press… EDDIE KINGSTON WILL NOT GO DOWN LIKE THIS!

The triangle choke sank deep, referee Stephon Smith watched the action closely, he raises Eddie's hand and it stays up! Kingston is on fire, big suplexes, both men down and out! Close-up, bati-bati style wrist strikes, both men so exhausted they practically have to lean on each other! Danielson staggers, Eddie with Kawada kicks and he wakes up and slaps Kingston!

Left Tenryu jab, more punches, back body drop from Danielson! Eddie charges in and counters the knee with a lariat! Powerbomb lift…

Eddie Kingston wins by pinfall with a Tenryu Powerbomb, retains the AEW/NJPW/ROH Continental Crown and receives a handshake from Bryan Danielson.

There's a lot of talk after the game about Danielson having to shake Eddie's hand, and in fact he extends his hand… and pulls it back as Eddie walks by. Kingston goes to leave, Bryan rushes over, pulls him back into the ring and shakes his hand before raising it. The respect is finally earned.

Brian Cage vs. Chris Jericho vs. Dante Martin vs. HOOK vs. Lance Archer vs. Magnus vs. Wardlow vs. “Powerhouse” Will Hobbs (All-Star Scramble Match)

Hard to follow at first, the Cage military pushes HOOK clean to the floor and the four big men stay in the ring together! As they pair up, it's soon just Archer and Wardlow, trading forearms in the middle of the ring and saying “FLESH!” Chants rain down. Lance with a ropewalk moonsault to take out Mr. Mayhem!

Hobbs comes back and tries to repeat the feat, but Will pulls him into a spinebuster! Cage in, Death Valley rider on Powerhouse! Transform into a Wardlow fireman's stretcher, slip out, off the ropes, tijeras! Jericho comes with a code breaker… HOOK DESTROYS IT! Fountain full of jumps, HOOK stands alone and rises to the top… DIVING AX HANDLE ON BRIAN CAGE!

Chaos from the turnbuckles, Martin with a frog splash… CAGE comes out! Rapid pin breaking, drop toehold puts Dante on the ropes, Magnus with a tiger feint kick, setting up an ace crusher…NO! Butterfly backbreaker, rush, corner lariat, double knees follow!

Up top, Lance cuts him off with a knee strike and pins him… NOT ENOUGH! Putting Magnus on top, slipping out of blackout, Jericho and Magnus working together, double suplex on the Murderhawk monster, double quebradas…SO CLOSE! Hobbs in, scoop and a running powerslam and Archer rolls out of the ring!

Martin comes in with his speed, a snap scoop powerslam cuts him off, still only two! Brian in, superkick, corner uppercut and lariat, back suplex out of the corner! Hook up to face the machine, duck a lariat, set him up with forearms, duck a lariat, Tazplex blocked, short arm lariat eliminates him!

Wardlow comes back, German suplex, one to Arcer too, one to Magnus, HOOK looks for Redrum, Mr. Mayhem disappears and falls to the mat! Jericho with the Walls of Jericho on Wardlow at the same time! Cage knocks Y2J down with a superkick, HOOK German overpowers him and hits Chris!

The Ocho lands chops on HOOK, whips over… TAZPLEX! Northern lights storm the bridge… SO CLOSE! Powerhouse comes back in, throws HOOK to the floor, whip into the corner, Jericho dodges! The triangle dropkick sends him flying, the most dangerous slam in the world lands on the ground! Back in, Cage with a knee and an F-5 on HOOK, but Wardlow cuts him off before he can capitalize!

Trade lariat, powerbomb, Martin sneaks in and tries to steal it! Big hit on Magnus, Archer takes him out, slips onto the apron, enzuigiri, double jump moonsault… ARCHER WILL NOT STAY DOWN! Redrum attempt, Wardlow throws him away, heavy headbutt and then a lariat, lifts him up;…

Wardlow wins by pinfall with a last ride against Dante Martin.

Orange Cassidy (c) vs. Roderick Strong (AEW International Championship)

Sick kicks out of the gates, Orange dodges and looks for pins to end it! Big chop, duck, Rock bottom backbreaker hits and Strong follows with another chop! Cassidy goes down, Roderick follows him with a back suplex into the barricade! Back in, backbreaker to backbreaker, battle for the turnbuckles, and Orange overwhelms him in the process!

Above…RODERICK STARK DANGEROUS WITH A DOCTOR BOMB BACKBREAKER INTO THE TOP TURNBUCKLE! Strong follows him with a bow and arrow over the post, back in, Cassidy with a second wind, looking for a satellite DDT, but Roddy counters into a gutbuster! Stundog Millionaire counters, another backbreaker from Rock Bottom and both players are down! Boston Crab is applied, Cassidy scrambles and he gets the ropes!

Full strong hold now applied, Orange is in pain but it won't give! He shakes his hand, fights his way back in, fights his way back out, off the ropes, satellite DDT connects! Cassidy rolls to the apron, into the corner, Panama Sunrise… STRONG KICKS OUT!

Orange goes for beach break, but his back gives out, he uses the ropes for leverage, beach break… BUT RODDY IS ON THE ROPES! A brief commotion prepares it…

Roderick Strong wins by pinfall with End of Heartache and becomes your new AEW International Champion.

KYLE O'REILLY IS BACK AND HE'S IN THE RING WITH RODDY, BENNETT AND TAVEN! He sneaks around but eventually shakes Roddy's hand! Mike Bennett takes the literal shirt off his back to give it to KOR, who excitedly accepts it before placing it on Roddy's shoulder, whispering in his ear and leaving with tears in his eyes.

Blackpool Combat Club (Claudio Castagnoli & Jon Moxley) vs. FTR (Cash Wheeler & Dax Harwood)

Baldies start, Castagnoli with an indoor cradle, only two. Claudio hits him with open palm strikes, a big uppercut sends him flying into the corner and Moxley tags in! Jon finds himself on the wrong side, quickly tags in from FTR, overwhelms Dax and drags him into the corner to tag in Castagnoli.

Uppercuts and headbutts in the corner, whip cross, side Russian legsweep and FTR take control again. Claudio is sent to the corner, big punch, Castagnoli comes back with a Karelin lift for a two count. Tag to Moxley, Front Chancery grinds cash down, deathlock, bridge up and into a headscissors!

Dax runs in to finish things off, Cash hits a big chop and Moxley gives him a thumb in the eye and tags in Claudio! Blackpool remain in charge, make a substitution, Wheeler explodes from the corner, switches to Harwood! Dax runs hot on Claudio, chops in the corner, short-arm lariat on Moxley! Off the ropes, Block Swiss Death, small package, just two!

Float over a suplex, Neutralizer is blocked and looks for a piledriver, Claudio puts Dax through and gets a nearfall on Cash! Harwood burst open and bleeding from the forehead, Castagnoli assisted with a firefighter's riser and trailer during an air raid… STILL NO! Dax looks for pinning dilemma, assisted piledriver… MOXLEY SHITS OUT!

Blackpool with a doomsday device… WHEELER breaks it up! Block a finish, Ace Crusher by Moxley, Giant Swing by Claudio, blood dripping in a great spiral from Harwood's head, dropkick…DAX WILL NOT STAY DOWN! Moxley puts his elbows over the forehead wound and bites it, Harwood spits in his face!

Claudio knocks him down with a big boot, gets knocked to the floor, Doomsday Device… JON MOXLEY kicks out! Shatter Machine connects… CLAUDIO PULLS DAX OFF THE PIN! Cash goes for Swiss Death and a neutralizer on the floor! Harwood slams Castagnoli to the floor!

Back in, underhooks, blocked, block the piledriver, back body drop, roll through, underhooks.. WE RIDE WITH DEATH TONIGHT! DAX comes out! OWN PIN, ONLY TWO! Bulldog choke came in, Claudio fought with Wheeler on the apron, pulled him back in and pulled him away with a sleeper hold!

Mox sinks back, the hooks are in…

Blackpool Combat Club wins through a referee interruption with a body scissors sleeper from Jon Moxley against Dax Harwood.

Deonna Purrazzo vs. Toni Storm (c) (AEW Women’s World Championship)

Test of strength, arm drag by Purrazzo, roll into a Fujiwara armbar but Storm ends up in the ropes! More mat grappling, mounted punches from Toni, seated rear chinlock, seated senton and a kick! Trading rights, elbows in the middle of the ring, whip reversed, ducks into a lariat, and Deonna throws her over her a few times before hitting a knee trembler into a side Russian legsweep and then a bridging Fujiwara armbar!

Kick to the apron, Luther catches Toni, but Deonna jumps on both of them! Back inside, Purrazzo throws a punch and a tap, but Luther distracts the referee and Mariah May makes the save…

Toni Storm wins by pinfall with Storm Zero to defend the AEW Women's World Championship.

Konosuke Takeshita vs. Will Ospreay

Don Callis is the commentator here.

Takeshita hits hard through the gates, gets a superplex and follows with a rear chinlock that pushes Ospreay to the floor. Wants with a cobra twist, Konosuke fights back, kicks in the corner, springboard elbow and Takeshita is down! Back on his feet, Ospreay knocks to the floor and follows with a tope con giro!

Back in, Will on top, spiral tap, no one home and Takeshita gives him a German suplex from the top, bridge…NO! Punching, forearms in the ring, big rolling elbow from the Aerial Assassin and referee Bryce Remsburg has to stop and check on Konosuke because he has some kind of neurological reaction in his hands!

Ospreay with Kawada kicks, Takeshita throws a huge bolo punch and puts him down! The fast-paced exchange ends with a crescent kick, Konosuke slips out of Storm Breaker, trades kicks, Tiger Driver…TAKESHITA KICKS OUT! Springboard caught, Blue Thunder rider… OSPREAY kicks out!

Rolling German is blocked, kicks by Will, double jump, OsCutter is blocked, off the ropes, ducks into a lariat, springboard… OSCUTTER BUT KONOSUKE IS OUT! Ospreay calls for the hidden blade, Takeshita shows up and drops him with a lariat… SO VERY CLOSE! Cheeky Nando catches him in the corner and connects up top… TAKESHITA HIT THE AVALANCHE BRAINBUSTER!

Another nearfall, running knee, Ospreay with Stundog Millionaire! Poison Frankensteiner follows, underhooks, quick reversals, wheelbarrow tombstone piledriver into a wheelbarrow suplex, Will pops up, lariat…KONOSUKE TAKESHITA kicks out with a punch!

Ospreay with a Styles Clash… STILL NOT ENOUGH FOR THE VICTORY! Underhook… TIGER DRIVER '91! HIDDEN BLADE! IT'S OVER!

Will Ospreay wins by pinfall with Hidden Blade.

After the match, Kyle Fletcher and Don Callis come to the ring to celebrate while Ospreay gives Takeshita a few shakes of the head for a job well done. Kyle and Will hug in the ring as we find out they will be wrestling Dynamite.

My sweet and lovely wife blesses you with her comments on the entrances while I'm downstairs getting a drink –

Swerve comes with a big fluffy hood. Ooh, he has gold sleeves. Maybe they should call him Goldsleeve Jim. He tells the crowd in no uncertain terms that he's going home with this belt tonight.

“Hangman” Adam Page vs. Samoa Joe (c) vs. Shane “Swerve” Strickland (AEW World Championship)

Joe a whirlwind of chops, corner enzuigiri on Page, he avoids a dive from Strickland! Big dive to Swerve, another kick breaks Hangman's dive, back in, Samoa is on the floor and Shane keeps the ball, keeping them both off balance! Over with a whip, Hangman with a belly-to-belly suplex, but Joe breaks up the pin!

Facewashes on Adam, Tenryu powerbomb, into an STF on the kickout! Stroll back in, trade forearms with Samoa and get knocked to the floor! They take turns trying to pressure Joe for a powerbomb and decide to work together… DOUBLE POWERBOMB! The challengers attack each other with elbows back and forth, Joe breaks it up!

Samoa goes down, Strickland kicks him! Once he's back in, Page lifts him up, turns around, turns around, Hangman slides out, back elbow comes out of the corner! Up top, the moonsault rolled right into a tombstone piledriver… SAMOA JOE breaks it up! Looking for Deadeye, No Deal, Powerbomb, Float Over, Vertical Suplex… JOE breaks it again!

Samoa gets a page for the Muscle Buster…AND HE GETTS IT! QUICKLY REPLACE STOMP! Home visit! Shane is waiting for Hangman, another house call…NO OFFER! Shadows Over Hell 450 squirts on Joe! Strickland drags himself up the ropes, Swerve Stomp… HANGMAN PAGE PULLS REFEREE PAUL TURNER OUT OF THE RING!

Adam knocks out Swerve with the title belt! He yells that Swerve will never keep his title and buckshots Joe! A second shot… BUT THERE IS NO REFEREE AND IT'S ALL HIS FAULT! Referee Bryce Remsburg interferes with the count, but it's too late! Page celebrates like he's won before realizing what went wrong! Joe with the Coquina Clutch…SWERVE breaks it up with a TORNILLO!

Prince Nana throws the crown to Swerve, but he doesn't want it! Coquina clutch, Strickland slips, winning throw… HANGMAN PUSHES BRYCE INTO THE PIN TO BREAK HIM! He beats on Swerve, throws Remsburg out of the ring, Strickland windmills him and goes back to Joe!

Enzuigiri throws Page out of the ring, but he skins the cat and puts Shane down with Buckshot! Joe hits a muscle buster of his own lariat in the corner, but Swerve fights back! Another buckshot in Samoa! SHANE STRICKLAND Meets HANGMAN! JML DRIVER CONNECTS BUT JOE HIT A HALF NELSON SUPLEX AND HIT PAGE WITH THE COQUINA CLUTCH!

Referee Paul Turner is awake… AND IT'S OVER!

Samoa Joe wins by submission with the Coquina Clutch against “Hangman” Adam Page to retain the AEW World Title.
