She looked effortlessly chic at brunch as she paired her little black dress with a fur coat and accentuated her figure with a pair of suede heeled ankle boots.
Kate completed the look with cat-eye sunglasses and gold hoop earrings.
By her side was her boyfriend Nikolai, who kept it casual in a gray sweater, printed shirt and gray pants.
He completed the look with brown boots that seemed like well-worn favorites judging by the hole in the sole.
Lila also kept it low-key, wearing a cropped cream sweater and wide-leg jeans, which she paired with a shaggy jacket and boots.
The supermodel flew from Oxford to the French capital on a private jet carrying up to seven VIP guests before hosting a star-studded bash at the Ritz.
And it is believed Kate will be joined by celebrity friends including Noel Gallagher at the Ritz later in the day.
Lila carried heavy bags from her home in London before flying to Paris and joining her famous mother for the celebrations.

What did Kate Moss have for her birthday dinner?
The supermodel treated herself to lunch at Brasserie Lipp, which offers a selection of reasonably priced dishes.
Brasserie Lipp's famous specialties include Bismarck herring, brandade de morue, choucroute garnie, fried chicken, blanquette de veau and tête de veau.
The menu has remained unchanged since the 1930s, with the “real Parisian institution” first opening in 1880.
Brasserie Lipp features original Art Nouveau and Art Deco decorations and each year sponsors an annual literary prize, the Prix Cazes, for an author who has not won another literary prize.
“And finally the day has come and all her close friends and family are jetting to the capital to celebrate her special day.”
“As a world-famous supermodel, no one expected anything less from Kate than to host her party at the Ritz in Paris that was almost as fabulous as she was.”
“It's going to be a night to remember, she can't wait to get dressed up and dance the night away.”
Web understands the private jet Kate flew to Paris on would have cost £10,000 and the former party girl made sure she arrived in the City of Light in style.
Kate's flight took off after 4pm on Monday and she landed in France shortly afterwards.
A source added: “Kate loves the Ritz and always stays at the hotel when she's in Paris.”
“She wants to keep her soirée as private as possible and knows she can trust the staff there.”
Kate had a very different pre-birthday celebration with her best friends in Mustique, which included a spiritual celebration circle on the beach.
Lila and Sadie accompanied her on the outing, as did former model Rosemary Ferguson, stylist Katy England, fashion casting director Jess Shallet, florist Flora Starkey and designer Jess Morris.
She posed in a black bohemian dress, a flower crown and necklace and no makeup as she sat cross-legged on the white sand under palm trees.

Mustique has been popular with the jet set since Lord Glenconner bought it in the 1960s and gave Princess Margaret a ten-acre property as a wedding present.
The tiny private island is a favorite of the Prince and Princess of Wales and home to rock stars Sir Mick Jagger and Bryan Adams, as well as US fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger.
The supermodel has a long history of throwing epic birthday parties.
When she turned 30, she threw a “The Beautiful and the Damned”-themed party, which, according to rumors, ended in an orgy at Claridge's Hotel in London's Mayfair.
Her 40th birthday consisted of a four-day Glastonbury-style extravaganza at her country home in the Cotswolds.
And her 50th birthday could be no different as Kate and her A-list guests visit the Ritz, one of the most decadent hotels in Paris.
After being discovered at the tender age of 14, Kate entered the modeling scene and rose to fame in the mid-1990s.
Her collaboration with Calvin Klein made her a household name and in 2013 she was honored at the British Fashion Awards to recognize her contribution to the fashion industry over 25 years.
Previously describing her happy place as being on the dance floor, Kate has since left London for the West Oxfordshire countryside, where she practices transcendental meditation and goes wild swimming in a “secret spot” used only by villagers .
The fashion icon also believes in the power of positive affirmations to improve one's attitude, with “Embrace the unknown” and “Trust the universe and it will show you the way” being among her favorites.

With her relaxing retreat, Kate seemed to have thrown her “party girl” image overboard once and for all
Now, Kate is said to love being on the tee 80 percent of her time, going to the gym and taking up yoga classes.
Despite her new Gwyneth Paltrow-like lifestyle, Kate still allows herself one vice.
“I still smoke occasionally,” she told the Sunday Times. “I heard that when you stop, you really notice [by your skin]. But I haven't stopped… yet.'
The model admitted she is in “denial” about her upcoming 50th birthday because she doesn't feel her age.
“I’m not turning 50,” she said. 'NO. I don't think about it. I don't feel like I'm 50.'
Speaking briefly about her partying days, Kate shared that she now never stays at a party past midnight, describing this as her “cutoff point.”
