“The indiscriminate attack on civilians is a war crime, like so many others that will not go unnoticed or go unpunished,” he said after noting that the bombing, which Russia denies is a new deception by Ukrainian forces, is “unimaginable.” act” showing “how far the Russian army has fallen”.

Russia initiates investigations into the Ukrainian army
from somewhere else The Russian investigative committee opened criminal proceedings against the Ukrainian army on Fridaywhom he accuses of “deliberately” attacking the civilian population in Kramatorska city in eastern Ukraine where at least 50 people died in a bomb attack.
The agency issued a statement accusing Kyiv of the attack and violating an article of the Russian Criminal Code that provides for crimes of ill-treatment of civilians and the use of prohibited means and methods in an armed conflict.
Kramatorsk is in Donetsk Oblast, which is not controlled by the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic, Separatist rebels allied with Moscow and recognized by the Kremlin shortly before the start of the invasion of Ukrainian territory.
Thus, the investigative committee believes that Ukraine used the Tochka-U tactical missile system with a scatter charge, which has highly harmful properties, against civilian infrastructure facilities in the Kramatorsk railway station area.
For his part Ukraine accuses Russia of carrying out the attack, said the head of Donetsk regional military administration Pavlo Kirilenko.
In light of this, the Russian investigative committee accused the Ukrainian authorities of “deliberately spreading false information” and denied authorship of the bombing, claiming that the Tochka-U missiles were used only by the Ukrainian army.
