Agatha (Eliane Giardini) plans an ambush that will put Aline (Barbara Reis) behind bars in Terra e Paixão. The exconvict will convince her husband to even risk his life to tarnish his enemy’s reputation once and for all. With the help of João (Matheus Assis), they lure the accountant to the farm, and the plan is accelerated because the rich man’s new wife will see Gentil (Flavio Bauraqui) give the widow a gun.
The evil woman will ponder the plan in the next few chapters, but will come to the conclusion that the time is right when she visits Jonatas (Paulo Lessa) and learns that Aline is to be armed. “It has to be today,” the Machiavellian woman will take part in a scene that will be broadcast on Monday (20).
Before that, the public will see Aline being kidnapped by Ramiro (Amaury Lorenzo). In a deserted place, she will be in the crosshairs of Antônio’s (Tony Ramos) revolver. He will even threaten to kill her son and mother. The farmer will do this after she returns to his land.
To top it all off, Antônio will fire shots in the air, causing the accountant to throw herself on the ground as she leaves the “torture session” for fear of being hit in the back. Traumatized, she will finally accept the pistol that Jonatas’ father will offer her again.
Agatha will catch them both, but pretend she didn’t notice what they were doing. Aline will leave in a hurry because she doesn’t want to see Caio’s mother (Cauã Reymond) in the face. Gentil will lecture the fraudster because he married Antônio.

Sonsa, Agatha will pretend that he hurt her and will run to the La Selva villa to plan an ambush in which Aline will be attacked from behind and unconscious. At first, the couple plans to have Ramiro shoot Antônio so they can testify that it was the widow, but the gunman stops and can’t shoot at the right time. The one who will shoot the farmer will be Agatha herself.
“Antônio, don’t you want to put Aline behind bars and take away her land once and for all?” the former prisoner will ask. “Of course I want to, but everything will go wrong and I will actually be shot by the widow?” he will fear. “No, that would be impossible. Don’t worry, I’ll explain my idea to you in detail. In fact, anything can happen today, you know? It has to be today,” he adds.
“No, wait a minute, I need to think this story through better,” the Almighty will say. “Antônio, look me in the eyes: do you trust me or not?” she will ask. The rich guy will say yes. “Then listen to my plan. First we have to leave the farmhouse empty…” the vixen will say.
Terra e Paixão was written by Walcyr Carrasco and Thelma Guedes. The story takes place in the fictional town of Nova Primavera in Mato Grosso do Sul. The storyline will remain on air until January 19th and will be replaced by the remake of Renascer (1993).
