As Entertainment Tonight revealed, the Scarface star will have to pay the newborn’s mother $30,000 a month, although the amount is expected to fluctuate depending on the actor’s income. And before that first monthly payment, he must make an immediate down payment of $110,000.
Al Pacino must also contribute $15,000 annually to a fund dedicated to the future education of the four-month-old infant. In addition, the actor must make alimony payments of up to $90,000 at the end of each year, depending on his annual income. Regarding the child’s health, all costs that are not reimbursed by insurance are the responsibility of the 83-year-old actor.
Noor Alfallah applied for sole custody of the four-month-old toddler with visitation rights for the father last September before an agreement was reached in October. Faced with this unexpected situation and questions from the public, Al Pacino announced through his representative that he is still in a relationship with the 29-year-old young mother.
Roman is Al Pacino’s fourth child.
