Alain Delon's eldest son has filed a police report against his own sister, claiming she was “complicit in abuse and violence” against the French film legend.
Anthony Delon, 59, reported his sister Anouchka Delon, 33, to French police because she did not tell him or his brother Alain-Fabien, 29, that their father had failed five cognitive tests at a private clinic in Switzerland .
These tests are particularly important as Delon, who starred in films such as The Leopard and The Swimming Pool in the 1960s, is currently in the middle of a family dispute over his £250million fortune.
The veteran artist had even told his family that the Christmas that had just passed could be his last, making the arguments over his will even more toxic.
Delon's family has complained that he is being exploited because of his “mental weakness” and said those close to him are after his financial assets and property.
Now Delon's eldest son has reported his sister Anouchka for not telling him or her brother Alain-Fabien about the disturbing medical results of five cognitive tests taken between 2019 and 2022.

Anthony confirmed the complaint to police and told Paris Match on Thursday that Anouchka “left me no choice.”
Anthony said: “My sister never informed my brother and I that between 2019 and 2022 my father underwent five cognitive tests during his visits to the clinic in Switzerland and failed none of them.”
“According to the doctors, these tests show a cognitive decline that puts my father in a situation of psychological weakness and therefore vulnerability.”
In July, Delon's three children evicted his 60-year-old partner, Hiromi Rollin, from their country estate in Douchy-Montcorbon, south of Paris.
Delon suffered a stroke in 2019 and – according to his daughter and sons – Ms Rollin was cruel to him and his Belgian Shepherd Loubo, while also stealing money.
They feared that the ultimate goal of Ms. Rollin, who denies any wrongdoing, was to get her hands on all of Delon's assets.
But now it is the children themselves who are attacking each other.
Anthony said: “Anouchka, who lives in Switzerland and has been working for my father's company since 2018, was actually the contact person at the clinic, as was Hiromi Rollin, who always accompanied her on her travels.”
'She [Anouchka] have hidden these [medical] Results from us, for personal interests that don't matter to me today, even if I don't yet know their full meaning.
“On the other hand, it is serious to me that, knowing of Madame Rollins' actions, she hid from us the distress our father was in.” By remaining silent, she was obviously putting him in danger.
“To me, that makes her indirectly complicit in all the abuse and violence he was a victim of.”
“I remind you that we recovered him on July 5 in a more than worrying physical and psychological condition.” “For more than nine months my sister prevented me from intervening, now I understand why.”

Alain Delon, pictured left earlier this year, is known for his roles in films such as The Swimming Pool and Purple Noon (in which he is pictured right).
Delon is currently in the middle of a family scandal that includes allegations of elder abuse, huge missing sums of money and even the mistreatment of Delon's beloved Belgian Shepherd. Here he is pictured with singer Marianne Faithfull in 1967
In particularly ominous words, Anthony said of his sister Anouchka: “A person who is able to manipulate her family and lie to them, like she did, is capable of anything.”
Asked about his father's health, Anthony said: “He's not well, he's weak, he's fed up.”
“He also feels all this tension around him and I think it hurts him.”
Anthony said his father even told his partner Sophie Clerico at Christmas that he was on the verge of death.
Anthony said: “He actually said to Sophie, my daughters' mother, who came back and forth during the day to kiss him, 'It's my last Christmas, are you staying?'
Delon now lives with his youngest child, Alain-Fabien Delon, on his Douchy estate.
Anthony said: “[Alain Delon] Ending his days in Douchy is his final wish and he is respected.
“He doesn’t want to move anymore – and according to the doctor, he’s not fit to travel.”
“It would be extremely dangerous to bring him to Switzerland.” In the last few weeks there have even been conflicts between my sister and us, his sons.
“She wants to repatriate him to Geneva at any cost because it suits her!” The problem is that he has done too many things to her and he finds it difficult to say “no” to her… But this time has to be done Will have priority.
“My father is attached to this house because he built it and lived in it – every square inch of Douchy resembles it, is full of its history. “It's his home.”
When asked about Loubo, Delon's beloved Belgian Malinois dog, Anthony said:
“Loubo never leaves my father for a moment. “My father is in thought.”
Ms Rollin has sued the Delon family for defamation and made clear in a blistering statement from her Paris lawyer that she was prepared for a lengthy court battle.
Ms Rollin said: “As far as the complaints made against me are concerned, I am relaxed because all the allegations made against me are false. “I have absolutely nothing to blame myself for. As far as my emotional life is concerned, I am dismayed and deeply affected.”
Delon's children are all actors. Anthony's mother is the late French actress Nathalie Delon, while Anouchka and Alain-Fabien were born from his relationship with Rosalie van Breemen, the Dutch model.
