The Latin American and Caribbean Integration Unit issued a statement to commemorate the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People.

Through the text he expressed that the solution to the conflict is to create two states on the borders before 1967, with East Jerusalem as the capital of the State of Palestine.

Likewise, the Alba-TCP called for compliance with relevant United Nations (UN) resolutions and the cessation of actions against Palestine in strict compliance with international law.

The Alliance expressed solidarity with the victims and families of the attacks, rejected the violence and urged the UN to take urgent action to promote a peaceful, comprehensive, just and lasting solution to the conflict.

On November 29, the international community demands compliance with Resolution 181 of the United Nations General Assembly, passed in 1947.

This legal framework established the division of Palestinian territory in two to allow for the creation of two states with Jerusalem under a special international regime.

75 years after this resolution, passed in the US city of New York, Palestine continues to demand its rights according to the principles established by the UN.
