Alex Newhook slows the CH’s slide

Alex Newhook broke a 3-3 tie with a quick shot past John Gibson with less than four minutes left in the third period, giving the Canadiens a 4-3 victory in Anaheim on Wednesday.

The team from Montreal ends a series of four defeats. Martin St-Louis’ men’s last win was on November 11th against the Bruins. It was also their first win in regular time since October 23rd. They then won 3-1 against the Buffalo Sabres.
