Alexandre Correa’s lawyers filed two lawsuits against Ana Hickmann on Monday evening (27). In the first part, the businessman accuses the presenter of parental alienation because she made it difficult for the couple’s son to live together with him.
In another lawsuit, Correa is demanding the partial lifting of the protection measure that prevents the businessman from contacting Ana and her family and also from visiting the couple’s company. Lawyers demand that the entrepreneur has access to the company headquarters in order to work there. They point out that Correa owns 50% of all the couple’s companies.
“In my opinion there is an abuse of power. She achieved it through this.” [lei] Maria da Penha forbids him from working in the company that he also owns. On November 11th, Ana Hickmann reported her husband for assault and domestic violence. Last Sunday (26) the presenter spoke about the topic for the first time on Record’s Domingo Espetacular program.
On this occasion, she recalled the fight that took place in Itu, in the interior of the state of São Paulo, where the couple lived. Ana stated that Alexandre tried to headbutt her. “He didn’t hit me because I dodged,” he said.
“No one deserves to be tortured in any way,” he added. “I’m talking about the figure of an aggressor, a coward, a villain who believes he has power and domination over others.”
The businessman’s lawyer denies that Alexandre attacked his wife. “Other than her claim, there is no evidence of this in the files.”
For Murad, Alexandre is the “real victim” because Ana calls her husband a villain on a television channel and instigates a “massacre against the businessman”. “This is coercion, this is a threat. He is prejudged by society and there is a television channel that gives space for a woman to destroy a person’s reputation. That’s not fair.”
“In fact, she has destroyed her own father’s reputation by showing that she has childhood trauma regarding male relationships and that this may be the reason why she behaves the way she does,” he says.
The lawyer refers to Ana Hickmann’s statement that her father beat her mother. “I swore that no man would do that to me,” he said.
The lawyer also says that financial problems are common among companies and people and that it was the presenter who turned the situation into a “circus.”
Ana and Alexandre’s company has accumulated millions of dollars in debt through loans, tax debts and defaults. On Domingo Espetacular, the presenter explained that her then husband tried to hide the problems from her. “He started neglecting himself more and more and trying to get away from me. And I decided to open the drawers. It was then clear to me that my problem wasn’t just the bank debt.” […]but there was much more.”
