Gruffudd filed for divorce in March 2021, shortly after Evans claimed on social media that her husband of 14 years was leaving her and their two daughters.

June 2022: Alice asks her fans for money to pay a divorce lawyer
As their divorce proceedings entered their 15th month, Evans claimed that he was “completely out of money for food and bills.”
She claimed that she would receive no financial support from Gruffudd and that she would have difficulty paying her legal fees and that she would not be able to “feed or clothe” her daughters with her dwindling resources.
July 2022: Ioan applies for joint custody of his daughters
