Aline (Barbara Reis) will decide to finally end her relationship with Caio (Cauã Reymond) in Terra e Paixão. The woman will remember that the heartthrob will never completely break away from his father Antônio (Tony Ramos), who hates her and wants to put an end to her. Therefore, the young lady will think that it is better to end everything once and for all. “His father is a disease that will kill our love…” he will say to his mother in an outburst.
In scenes due to air on Tuesday’s episode (17) of Globo’s nine o’clock soap opera, Antônio is arrested for disobeying a court order and defying authority. Aline will be thrilled by the news and will go to the police station to check out the crime scene.
But Antônio will fall shooting. When he sees his rival there, he will explode her. He will call the girl a slut and say he will end her life. Aline will be shocked by such hateful words.
At home she will talk to Jussara and say that she believes Caio will never fully let go of his father. “He always has and will always have respect and a kind of humility before him, mother. Even those who oppose Doctor Antônio hide, without the courage to face the man openly. It’s like he’s an allpowerful God.” . I’m the only one who won’t bend and he knows it,” he will say.
Jussara will comment that her daughter is a warrior. Aline will then reveal that she has thought about it carefully and has come to the conclusion that she cannot marry Caio. In tears she reveals the reason:

Written by Walcyr Carrasco and Thelma Guedes, Terra e Paixão is set in the fictional town of Nova Primavera in Mato Grosso do Sul. The plot will be broadcast until January next year, when it will be replaced by the remake of Renascer (1993).
