Danny Masterson's estranged wife Bijou Phillips appeared to be partying in LA just weeks after she quit Scientology and days after her husband's bail request was rejected in LA “because he doesn't have a wife to go home to.”
Phillips, 43, wore a skimpy black skirt and crop top as she danced the night away at the Fleur Room Lounge in West Hollywood.
In a video taken during the night, she was once again seen without her wedding ring.

This comes after Masterson's lawyers Clifford Gardner and Eric Multhaup filed a motion on January 17 urging the court to grant the disgraced actor bail.
A jury found the actor guilty in May of two rapes committed in 2003 and was hanged for a third rape. Prosecutors said they would no longer pursue a conviction.
