Unless you live under a rock, it’s no secret that nowadays everyone can talk about the Greta Gerwig-directed Barbie movie. Starring Margot Robbie, Ryan Gosling, Simu Liu, Issa Rae, America Ferrera, Kate McKinnon and Will Ferrell among many others, the long-awaited film will bathe the world in a pink light upon its July 21 release.

And like many other celebrities (we’re thinking of you, Zendaya!), the star of the film Robbie is taking the film’s theme to heart during his international press tour. From pink looks to outfits that are almost recreations of the doll’s iconic outfits from the past, Robbie and her stylist Andrew Mukamal are not afraid to go all out on this theme.

Robbie takes baby pink to the next level with this shimmering two-piece suit from Moschino. Obsessed with these heart shaped sunglasses!
Barbie gets preppy
Robbie could be mistaken for a character from Heathers in this ultra-preppy Versace look. Her stylist Mukamal paired this metallic pleated skirt perfectly with a cropped wool sweater, purple socks and baby blue high-heeled loafers. Did someone say the next big Halloween costume?
Barbie conquers Beverly Hills
If you’ve ever wondered what Barbie would look like in the real world, these incredible shots of Robbie sporting this bright pink convertible in Beverly Hills have you covered. To match Barbie’s endorsed car, Robbie wore a pink two-piece suit with matching pink heels, matching bag and white oval-shaped sunglasses. Breathtaking!
Never off duty
During the press tour, Robbie will travel around the world. But if you thought she would only wear Barbie-inspired outfits to red carpets and events, think again! Robbie was recently pictured at the airport in this pink Chanel tweed blazer, which oozed Barbie vibes without being too much for the airport. We’re also obsessed with her pink luggage. Talk about engagement!
The Original Barbie
Taking to Instagram, Robbie’s stylist Mukamal explained that one of her latest looks was inspired by the original 1959 Barbie doll. The doll, who wore questionable makeup, wore a black and white striped swimsuit with white sunglasses and black heels. Of course, Robbie mimicked the look perfectly in this Herve Leger black and white mini dress, complete with white sunglasses, black heels and a high ponytail.
Stay colourful
Robbie kept the children’s toy imagination alive with her latest look, a white Moschino cocktail dress with strawberries painted on it. The perfect mix of fashion and playfulness!
All about the glitter
