All the surprise guests on Karol G’s Mañana Se Bonito tour Billboard

Karol G’s “Tomorrow Will Be Bonito” stadium tour is in full swing, visiting major markets across the United States.

So far, artists such as Young Miko and Bad Gyal, who performed for Karol in different cities, have also appeared on stage with the Colombian superstar to sing their respective collaborations with her: “Dispo” in Young Miko’s case and “Kármica”. “, in Bad Gyal.

Meanwhile, surprise guests included Becky G, who sang her girl power anthem “MAMIII” with Karol G in Los Angeles; Ryan Castro, who took the stage at his first show at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, and J Balvin, who performed on the second night at MetLife, where Karol G made history. According to the venue, the “Provenza” singer was the first Latin artist to headline MetLife Stadium and the first Latin artist of any genre to play two nights in a row (September 7 and 8).

“A year ago I celebrated two Madison Square Gardens in New York, never imagining that a year later I would celebrate two sold-out stadiums in the same city,” Karol wrote on Instagram. “Seeing how this family has grown makes my little heart wrinkle, it fills me with nostalgia and happiness at the same time.”

Karol’s Tomorrow Will Be Bonito tour, produced by Live Nation, ends September 28th at Gillette Stadium in Boston. The stadium tour follows her 2022 Love Tour $trip arena tour, which became the highest-grossing U.S. tour by a Latina woman in history. According to Billboard Boxscore, it grossed $69.9 million from 33 shows in North America, surpassing Jennifer Lopez’s “It’s My Party” world tour, which grossed $50 million in 2019, and Shakira’s “El Dorado” World tour that grossed $28.2 million in 2018.

  • Young Miko

    Not only was Puerto Rican singer and rapper Young Miko responsible for opening Karol’s shows in Pasadena, California, but she also took the stage to perform “Dispo” live with the Colombian star for the first time.

    During Karol G’s second sold-out show at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California on August 19, Becky G joined her on stage to sing her anthem “MAMIII.” Watch an excerpt from her performance here.

  • Bad Gyal

    Up-and-coming artist Bad Gyal is one of two (alongside Young Miko) who have performed for Karol G in different cities. In Miami, Bad Gyal was the opening act for Karol’s two shows on August 25th and 26th at the Hard Rock Stadium and also took the stage to perform her collaboration “Kármica” with her.

  • j Balvin

    Things seemed to come full circle for J Balvin when he took the stage at Karol G’s second show at MetLife Stadium on September 8th. Balvin, one of Karol G’s biggest supporters early in her career, took the stage on the Mañana Se Bonito tour to sing a medley of her hits, including “6AM” and “X.” Karol introduced him and called him an inspiration. “I saw him do incredible things in the world, and I felt that if he had done it, I could do it too one day,” he said. “Today I honor his career.”

    “Your name is already in the galaxy along with the rest of the stars,” J Balvin wrote on social media. “We’ve found ourselves at quince parties, schools, bars, nightclubs, arenas and now stadiums where you’ve shown all the little girls that they all have girl power in their hearts to change any rule placed on them. You are the inspiration to all of us who celebrate and follow in your footsteps.”

  • Ryan Castro

    Ryan Castro was Karol’s guest on September 7th at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, where they had the entire stadium screaming and dancing to the rhythm of Perreo from “Una noche en Medellín.” It was one of the big surprises and the most applauded moment of the evening.

    “Yesterday Colombia won,” Castro captioned his social media post with photos from the special evening. “Thank you Karol G and the entire team for the invitation and the treatment, what a moment!”
