The lecture of the first Brazilian Conservative Congress CCBUSA with YouTuber and blogger Allan dos Santos and Thaméa Danelon, professor of criminal procedure and prosecutor of the republic who was once a columnist for Tuesday Free, has been cancelled.

The event will take place on the 25th of this month in the city of Framingham, Massachusetts at 125 Irving Street. The convention where Allan’s presentation was held claimed the cancellation was due to family reasons.

Allan has been on the run from Brazilian justice since October last year, when Minister Alexandre de Moraes ordered his arrest and extradition, who is under investigation over digital militias and fake news. Despite this, he roams freely in the United States and can even speak.

All of this is happening because arresting the blogger, despite being considered unlawful, is made more difficult by the fact that he is not yet on Interpol’s Red List.

“The activist’s name is not included in Interpol’s Red Notice system, the highest alert level that prompts authorities in member countries to arrest those wanted. In that sense, since the name Allan dos Santos is not on that list, it is not up to the US authorities to make the arrest,” explains attorney Cristiano Vilela, partner at Vilela, Miranda e Aguiar Fernandes Advogados.
