Amanda Seyfried and Naveen Andrews promote their Hulu series The Dropout at the Emmy FYC Clips and Conversations event
With Emmy nominations exactly a month away, Amanda Seyfried and Naveen Andrews are promoting their Hulu series The Dropout.
Seyfried, 36, who plays Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes on the series, and Andrews, 53, who played Holmes’ friend/business partner Sunny Balwani, attended the Emmy FYC Clips and Conversations event at the El Capitan Theater in Hollywood on Sunday night.
They were joined by Liz Heldens, executive producer of The Dropout, Katherine Pope and director Michael Showalter, who directed four of the eight episodes.

Seyfried wore a white shirt underneath a sparkly and sequined black suit coat for the red carpet event.
She also donned matching black sparkly cropped shorts that showed off her legs.
The blonde actress completed her look with a pair of stylish black pumps for the red carpet event.

Andrews performed wearing a slightly unbuttoned white shirt underneath a cream suit coat.
He also donned matching cream trousers and shiny black dress shoes to complete his look.
Her hit series The Founder is based on the true story of Elizabeth Holmes and her company Theranos, which was worth $10 billion at its peak.

The company has been touted as a pioneering health technology company that claimed its blood tests could be done very quickly with a small amount of blood.
