This is the amazing moment a heroic police officer revives a baby in the middle of a highway after his mother speeds past a patrol car on the way to the hospital.

Officer Brendan Fraser was on duty in Warren, Michigan on Tuesday when he saw a speeding blue Camaro drive past his patrol car.

After stopping the vehicle, Fraser quickly realized that the family in the car was having an emergency and rushed to their aid.

The footage captures the moment he manages to get their eighteen-month-old boy breathing again after the suffocated baby developed blue lips.

You can always hear him asking, ‘What do you mean?’ What do you mean?’

A woman tells Fraser, “We took him to the hospital. “They said he had COVID and then he just started having seizures.”

One of the parents can be heard screaming: “No, please don’t take him,” before Fraser says: “I won’t take him.”

His patrol car’s dashcam footage then showed Fraser repeatedly patting the child on the back, trying to get rid of the cause of the baby’s choking.

Soon after, he can be heard saying, ‘He’s taking a breath, he’s taking a breath.’ I can feel him.’

At the end of the video, the panicked parents, who remain unknown, can be seen frantically crowding around the officer.

Speaking to ABC, Officer Fraser said: “At this point it’s not about issuing a ticket or stopping a speeding driver, it’s an actual emergency.”

“Looking at it now, it’s a bit overwhelming, but there’s really not much to think about at the moment other than relying on training.”
