Johnny Depp’s trial of Amber Heard brings new revelations every day. By itself or more broadly, but the ex-partner’s media frenzy leaves no loose ends. That’s how broadcasters dusted off the actress’ romance with a Mexican heartthrob, Valentino Lanús, 16 years ago. With names like that on the inkpot, the memory of Amber’s relationship with Valentino has surreal undertones, but the truth is that it happened and that, in hindsight, it wasn’t exactly a fleeting love affair: their relationship lasted about 10 months, and it’s said that it was she who would have quit advertising to focus on her artistic career.
The story goes back to 2006 when both artists met thanks to a mutual friend. By this time, Heard was beginning his career on the big screen and had acted in films such as friday night lights, Fall dead sexy Y north country.
