Amber Heard Sells Southern California House For Big Profit

Amber Heard has made a lot of money for her house in Yucca Valley.

It’s been a tough few months for Amber Heard. After losing to Johnny Depp in a high-profile defamation lawsuit, the actress has stressed her financial woes and appears on the verge of filing a lawsuit.

Now it looks like Heard is trying to raise some money to afford the huge sum of money she has to give Johnny. According to Zillow Property Records, the Aquaman actress sold her Yucca Valley home for $1,050,000 with a closing date of July 18. Heard previously purchased the property through an anonymous trust in 2019 for $570,000.

TMZ confirmed the home did indeed belong to Heards after contacting the new owner, who said he had been in contact with her people but never directly with her. The actress’ investment in the property has definitely paid off – the value has almost doubled and she is making around $480,000 in profits. However, it’s still a long way from the $15 million that Depp owes.

Heard has spoken about her disappointment at the verdict. In a statement following the announcement of the decision, she wrote: “The disappointment I feel today is indescribable. I’m heartbroken that the mountain of evidence still wasn’t enough to stand up to my ex-husband’s disproportionate power, influence and influence.” She continued describing the potential ramifications of the verdict, writing, “I still am more disappointed in what this ruling means for other women. It’s a throwback. It sets the clock back to a time when a woman speaking out and speaking out could be publicly shamed and humiliated. It throws back the notion that violence against women must be taken seriously.”
